Safety

The safety of our inspectors is our frist priority when we carry out tank inspections. We prepare risk analyses before we start, and our technicians are equipped with all necessary personal safety equipment.

Modern equipment

We scan pipe bottoms for corrosion with our Silverwing Floormap scanner. The scanner can work on up to 6 mm coating, up to 20 mm plate thickness, and detect corrosion depths from 20% of plate thickness.

For pipe inspections we use Long Range Ultrasonic Screening.

We document the inspection in a condition report that contains:

Overall assessment of the tank condition

Recommendation for tank repairs

Recommendation for the next inspection date
